Booking Policy

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Cancellations: Refunds are available up to 14 days before the start of a course/workshop. After this, bookings are non-refundable.

  • Membership sessions: You may amend, reschedule, or cancel up to 24 hours before your session. After this time, changes are not permitted.

  • Missed classes: We are unable to offer catch-up sessions for missed classes.

  • Equipment: Please treat all tools and equipment with care. If damage occurs due to misuse (not a technical fault), you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

  • Finished work: We do our best to care for your pieces, but due to the nature of ceramics, we cannot guarantee all work will survive drying and firing.​
