Welcome to Studio Agni. By accessing our website www.studioagni.co.uk or booking one of our classes, workshops, or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Bookings & Payments
​

  • Bookings for classes, workshops, or memberships must be made in advance through our website or directly with us.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your payment details.

2. Cancellations, Amendments & Refunds
​

  • If you need to cancel your booking for a course/workshop, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the start of a course/workshop are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the start date are non-refundable.

  • For membership sessions, you may amend, reschedule, or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the session. After this time, changes are not permitted.

  • We are unable to offer catch-up sessions for missed classes.

  • If we need to cancel or reschedule a class/workshop, we will offer you a full refund or transfer to another session.

3. Attendance & Conduct
​

  • Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may not be able to participate fully.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants who behave in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner.

4. Health, Safety & Equipment
​

  • Working with clay, tools, and glazes involves some risk. By attending our sessions, you agree to follow all health and safety instructions provided by Studio Agni staff.

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or accessibility needs in advance.

  • Studio Agni is not liable for injuries sustained as a result of failure to follow safety guidance.

  • Participants are expected to treat all studio tools and equipment with care.

  • If you damage any studio equipment or tools due to misuse or negligence (and it is not a technical fault), you will be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

5. Finished Work
​

  • We take care in handling and firing your work, but due to the nature of ceramics, we cannot guarantee that every piece will survive the drying and firing process.

  • Studio Agni is not responsible for breakages, cracks, glaze issues, or kiln mishaps.

6. Use of Website
​

  • All content on www.studioagni.co.uk, including text, images, and design, is owned by Studio Agni and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

7. Liability
​

  • Studio Agni will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website.

  • Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant class, workshop, or service.

9. Governing Law
​

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
