  • Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.

  • As a small studio, some handmade items may take longer to prepare. If this is the case, we will notify you by email.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or bank holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

  • We currently ship within the UK (and internationally on request).

  • All parcels are sent via a tracked service (e.g., Royal Mail, courier).

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • UK: 2–5 business days after dispatch

    • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch (may vary by country)

3. Local Collection
​
  • If you are local to Cornwall, you may choose free studio collection at checkout.

  • We will email you when your order is ready for pickup.

4. Delays
​
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Studio Agni is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Damaged or Lost Items
​
  • We carefully pack all items, but if your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at studioagniceramics@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and item.

  • If your parcel is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

6. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied in their country.

  • Please check your local regulations before placing an order.
