Thank you for shopping with Studio Agni. We hope you love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please read our refund and returns policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
​
  • You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged for return.

  • Due to the handmade nature of our ceramics, small variations in shape, size, or glaze are not considered faults and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

2. Non-Returnable Items
​

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale items or seconds

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Gift vouchers

  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

3. Return Process
​
  • To request a return, email us at studioagniceramics@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Once approved, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return postage.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as Studio Agni cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

4. Refunds
​
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or damaged on arrival).

5. Damaged or Faulty Items
​
  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studioagniceramics@gmail.com, including photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange a refund, replacement, or repair at no extra cost to you.
